- Mehr zu SEO Mitte der 1990er Jahre fingen die anstehenden Internet Suchmaschinen an, das frühe Web zu erfassen. Die Seitenbesitzer erkannten flott den Wert einer lieblings Positionierung in Ergebnissen und recht bald entstanden Behörde, die sich auf die Aufbesserung ausgerichteten. In Anfängen geschah der Antritt oft zu der Übertragung der URL der passenden Seite in puncto vielfältigen Suchmaschinen im Internet. Diese sendeten dann einen Webcrawler zur Kritische Auseinandersetzung der Seite aus und indexierten sie.[1] Der Webcrawler lud die Internetpräsenz auf den Web Server der Suchseite, wo ein zweites Programm, der sogenannte Indexer, Informationen herauslas und katalogisierte (genannte Wörter, Links zu anderweitigen Seiten). Die damaligen Typen der Suchalgorithmen basierten auf Infos, die mithilfe der Webmaster selber bestehen worden sind, wie Meta-Elemente, oder durch Indexdateien in Suchmaschinen im Netz wie ALIWEB. Meta-Elemente geben einen Gesamtüberblick per Gegenstand einer Seite, doch registrierte sich bald raus, dass die Anwendung dieser Tipps nicht gewissenhaft war, da die Wahl der angewendeten Schlüsselworte durch den Webmaster eine ungenaue Darstellung des Seiteninhalts wiedergeben konnte. Ungenaue und unvollständige Daten in den Meta-Elementen vermochten so irrelevante Kanten bei charakteristischen Brauchen listen.[2] Auch versuchten Seitenersteller unterschiedliche Eigenschaften binnen des HTML-Codes einer Seite so zu steuern, dass die Seite besser in den Ergebnissen gefunden wird.[3] Da die zeitigen Suchmaschinen im Internet sehr auf Punkte dependent waren, die einzig in Händen der Webmaster lagen, waren sie auch sehr instabil für Abusus und Manipulationen in der Positionierung. Um höhere und relevantere Vergleichsergebnisse in den Serps zu bekommen, musste ich sich die Besitzer der Internet Suchmaschinen an diese Rahmenbedingungen adaptieren. Weil der Gewinn einer Suchseite davon abhängt, wichtigste Suchergebnisse zu den inszenierten Keywords anzuzeigen, vermochten untaugliche Urteile dazu führen, dass sich die Nutzer nach weiteren Chancen für den Bereich Suche im Web umblicken. Die Auflösung der Internet Suchmaschinen vorrat in komplexeren Algorithmen fürs Rangordnung, die Kriterien beinhalteten, die von Webmastern nicht oder nur mühevoll kontrollierbar waren. Larry Page und Sergey Brin generierten mit „Backrub“ – dem Vorläufer von Yahoo search – eine Anlaufstelle, die auf einem mathematischen KI basierte, der mit Hilfe der Verlinkungsstruktur Seiten gewichtete und dies in den Rankingalgorithmus einfluss besitzen ließ. Auch übrige Suchmaschinen im Internet betreffend zu Beginn der Folgezeit die Verlinkungsstruktur bspw. wohlauf der Linkpopularität in ihre Algorithmen mit ein. Yahoo search
Is using a server side wildcard redirect good practice? This was done but the old domain urls are still indexed a year later. Rankings for the new domain are still terrible and not the same as before the change of address tool.

My question is that we see the usage of webp images more frequently, also Apple announced that he will support Google’s webp image format. Looking at most of the webshops using webp already the type of the image is webp, but they leave the extension of jpg for example https://google.com/image.jpg but type is webp. What could be the reason for that? Wouldn't it be better if the image would have a .webp extension or no extension at all. Is this related somehow to indexing or SEO? I think they do not want to make the redirect of the images and that’s why they change just the type of the file instead of changing the extension.

We did domain name change some months ago and over 3 months everything was fine in terms of ranking, then suddenly we lost all our ranking. All SEO guru have been indicating it's duplicate content issue because both old and new domain contents are on one server. Can you drop some light on this?

If you migrate your website then check out 301 redirect a few times. Even more, after migration control your redirects because it might break in some time.
