Die Seitenbesitzer erkannten schnell den Wert einer lieblings Listung in Serps und recht bald entstanden Anstalt, die sich auf die Verbesserung qualifitierten. In Anfängen vollzogen wurde der Antritt oft bezüglich der Übertragung der URL der entsprechenden Seite bei der divergenten Suchmaschinen im Internet. Diese sendeten dann einen Webcrawler zur Betrachtung der Seite aus und indexierten sie.[1] Der Webcrawler lud die Internetpräsenz auf den Server der Anlaufstelle, wo ein weiteres Angebot, der so genannte Indexer, Informationen herauslas und katalogisierte (genannte Ansprüche, Links zu anderen Seiten). Die neuzeitlichen Varianten der Suchalgorithmen basierten auf Informationen, die mit den Webmaster sogar vorhanden werden, wie Meta-Elemente, oder durch Indexdateien in Internet Suchmaschinen wie ALIWEB. Meta-Elemente geben eine Übersicht per Gehalt einer Seite, gewiss stellte sich bald heraus, dass die Inanspruchnahme er Ratschläge nicht ordentlich war, da die Wahl der benutzten Schlüsselworte dank dem Webmaster eine ungenaue Abbildung des Seiteninhalts wiedergeben kann. Ungenaue und unvollständige Daten in den Meta-Elementen konnten so irrelevante Webseiten bei besonderen Brauchen listen.[2] Auch versuchten Seitenersteller vielfältige Fähigkeiten innerhalb des HTML-Codes einer Seite so zu lenken, dass die Seite stärker in den Serps gelistet wird.[3] Da die damaligen Suchmaschinen im Netz sehr auf Gesichtspunkte dependent waren, die nur in Fingern der Webmaster lagen, waren sie auch sehr anfällig für Straftat und Manipulationen in der Positionierung. Um überlegenere und relevantere Testurteile in Serps zu bekommen, mussten wir sich die Anbieter der Suchmaschinen im Internet an diese Faktoren adaptieren. Weil der Gelingen einer Recherche davon abhängt, wesentliche Suchresultate zu den inszenierten Suchbegriffen anzuzeigen, vermochten ungünstige Testurteile zur Folge haben, dass sich die User nach sonstigen Optionen für die Suche im Web umgucken. Die Rückmeldung der Internet Suchmaschinen inventar in komplexeren Algorithmen für das Positionierung, die Aspekte beinhalteten, die von Webmastern nicht oder nur mühevoll beeinflussbar waren. Larry Page und Sergey Brin entwickelten mit „Backrub“ – dem Stammvater von Yahoo search – eine Recherche, die auf einem mathematischen Suchsystem basierte, der mit Hilfe der Verlinkungsstruktur Websites gewichtete und dies in Rankingalgorithmus eingehen ließ. Auch übrige Suchmaschinen im WWW überzogen in Mitten der Folgezeit die Verlinkungsstruktur bspw. gesund der Linkpopularität in ihre Algorithmen mit ein. Yahoo
Is using a server side wildcard redirect good practice? This was done but the old domain urls are still indexed a year later. Rankings for the new domain are still terrible and not the same as before the change of address tool.

My question is that we see the usage of webp images more frequently, also Apple announced that he will support Google’s webp image format. Looking at most of the webshops using webp already the type of the image is webp, but they leave the extension of jpg for example https://google.com/image.jpg but type is webp. What could be the reason for that? Wouldn't it be better if the image would have a .webp extension or no extension at all. Is this related somehow to indexing or SEO? I think they do not want to make the redirect of the images and that’s why they change just the type of the file instead of changing the extension.

We did domain name change some months ago and over 3 months everything was fine in terms of ranking, then suddenly we lost all our ranking. All SEO guru have been indicating it's duplicate content issue because both old and new domain contents are on one server. Can you drop some light on this?

If you migrate your website then check out 301 redirect a few times. Even more, after migration control your redirects because it might break in some time.
