Uvalde police, college district not cooperating with Texas probe of capturing: Sources

The Uvalde Police Division and the Uvalde Unbiased Faculty District police drive are now not cooperating with the Texas Department of Public Safety's investigation into the bloodbath at Robb Elementary Faculty and the state's evaluate of the law enforcement response, multiple legislation enforcement sources inform ABC News.

Reached by ABC Information, a spokesperson for the Texas Department of Public Security said, "The Uvalde Police Division and Uvalde CISD Police have been cooperating with investigators. The chief of the Uvalde CISD Police provided an initial interview however has not responded to a request for a follow-up interview with the Texas Rangers that was made two days ago."
