The Uvalde Police Department and the Uvalde Independent College District police power are not cooperating with the Texas Division of Public Safety's investigation into the bloodbath at Robb Elementary Faculty and the state's overview of the legislation enforcement response, a number of regulation enforcement sources inform ABC News.
