  5. As a person going into video game design, I personally find the whole “animatronics teleporting around” thing to be a rather lazy “solution” to the dumb AI pathfinding problem. It’s generally lazy and often unfair to the player mainly in the case of the security bots alerting the other animatronics to your location. Instead of just making a mad dash to the player giving them a chance to hide, the animatronics just teleport to your location sometimes right behind/in front of the player killing them instantly. To me this design is just lazy
