The Uvalde Police Department and the Uvalde Impartial College District police drive are now not cooperating with the Texas Division of Public Safety's investigation into the bloodbath at Robb Elementary School and the state's review of the legislation enforcement response, a number of legislation enforcement sources inform ABC Information.
