Uvalde faculty police chief identified as commander who determined to not breach classroom

Texas Division of Public Safety Director Col. Steven McCraw on Friday gave a detailed timeline of the mass capturing at Robb Elementary Faculty on Could 24 that left 19 kids and two teachers dead.
