Juveniles Crash Stolen Automotive Near White House: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles were injured Monday after crashing a stolen car right into a concrete safety barrier close to the White Home, the U.S. Secret Service stated.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to tug over the car about 6:30 p.m., however the driver took off.

The automotive slammed right into a concrete barrier and a phone pole at 17th Road and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officials said.

Video shows a silver sedan partly crumpled in the front across the road from a Secret Service guard post, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the highway.

There were two juveniles in the car. Each have been taken to a hospital and are now in secure condition, officials said. We do not know their actual ages.

They’re anticipated to face prices.
