On-line diary: Buffalo gunman plotted assault for months

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — The white gunman accused of massacring 10 Black individuals at a Buffalo grocery store wrote as far back as November about staging a livestreamed assault on African Individuals, practiced taking pictures from his automobile and traveled hours from his dwelling in March to scout out the store, in accordance with detailed diary entries he appears to have posted online.
