Bay Space cop charged with masturbating in entrance of family during home violence name

A Bay Space police officer has been charged with masturbating in entrance of a household that referred to as police throughout a fraught domestic violence call.

The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Workplace has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent publicity after responding to a restraining order name on the night of April 21.

An unidentified particular person whose household put a domestic violence restraining order towards him had allegedly violated the order and was at the household’s home, in keeping with a statement of details provided by the District Legal professional’s Workplace.

The daughter then asked Dominguez about her brother’s GPS monitor, which they — and Ms. S, the mom — went to retrieve together. After Dominguez was handed the monitor, the mom alleged that Dominguez unzipped his pants and began rubbing his crotch. The daughter also allegedly witnessed this.

Later, the daughter went into the kitchen to get her mom a glass of water. Dominguez allegedly followed her into the kitchen.

As he circled to face Ms. S, she “saw Officer Dominguez’s penis exterior of his pants totally exposed,” the statement read.

The mom and daughter then went to seek out Mr. A, the father, and they known as an uncle who was near the scene.

When Mr. A returned into the kitchen, he “saw Officer Dominguez dealing with out of the kitchen along with his erect penis in his left hand and his right hand on the counter.” Mr. A left the home; a couple of minutes minutes later, Dominguez allegedly left and went back to work.

“The charged behavior is beyond disturbing,” District Attorney Jeff Rosen stated. “Regulation enforcement officers reply to our homes to help crime victims, not terrorize, traumatize, and create new victims.”
