DALLAS - A 15-year-old woman from North Richland Hills is now residence after being abducted by a person at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks sport at American Airways Heart. But the household still seeks answers, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not appearing swiftly enough relating to the crime, which had the woman as part of a sex-trafficking operation.

“She was gone missing a complete of 11 days,” lawyer Zeke Fortenberry said. “Our intent is that means (the aforementioned organizations) are on discover that we’re pursuing claims towards them for their negligence and other causes of action.''

Fortenberry mentioned the teen’s father knowledgeable police at the game when he realized she was missing. But, in line with the lawyer, the daddy was informed to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police.

Dallas Police told WFAA that they adopted protocol'' and that they aided North Richland Hills PD in the search.

The Mavs responded publicly on April 20, after the girl was found, the group releasing the following statement: “The American Airways Middle (and the Dallas Mavericks) are grateful that the teenager has been found.Each entities will proceed to cooperate with native and regional regulation enforcement on this case.''
