Spouse stuffed husband’s telephone with child porn in try and get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading hundreds of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have labored collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in response to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the system and said she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn in their home.

The police say that cellphone had lots of of photographs of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to surprise why the phone he was using didn't have any images just like the ones Moore became them. That’s once they reportedly acquired a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been associates and had discussed finishing up the incident prematurely.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they were pals and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means saw the husband with the telephone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his old phone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his primary phone and did not have service.”

Moore is dealing with charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same prices in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
