Wife crammed husband’s telephone with baby porn in try and get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered around loading a whole bunch of photographs of child pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in line with the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the machine and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view baby porn in their house.

The police say that cellphone had tons of of images of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to marvel why the telephone he was using didn't have any photos much like the ones Moore became them. That’s once they reportedly acquired a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were mates and had mentioned finishing up the incident prematurely.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they had been associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his outdated phone since last “October or November,” however “didn’t think too much of it because it was not his major cellphone and did not have service.”

Moore is facing charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same prices in addition to a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
