Spouse filled husband’s phone with little one porn in try to get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading tons of of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have labored together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in response to the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the system and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view youngster porn of their dwelling.

The police say that cellphone had lots of of photographs of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to wonder why the telephone he was using did not have any photos much like the ones Moore become them. That’s once they reportedly acquired a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore had been pals and had mentioned finishing up the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she advised them that they have been friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the cellphone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his outdated cellphone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it because it was not his primary cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same fees as well as a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
