Uvalde faculty police chief identified as commander who decided to not breach classroom

Texas Department of Public Security Director Col. Steven McCraw on Friday gave a detailed timeline of the mass taking pictures at Robb Elementary College on May 24 that left 19 youngsters and two academics lifeless.
