Uvalde faculty police chief recognized as commander who determined not to breach classroom

Texas Division of Public Safety Director Col. Steven McCraw on Friday gave an in depth timeline of the mass taking pictures at Robb Elementary College on Might 24 that left 19 kids and two lecturers dead.
