Uvalde school police chief recognized as commander who decided to not breach classroom

Texas Department of Public Safety Director Col. Steven McCraw on Friday gave an in depth timeline of the mass capturing at Robb Elementary College on May 24 that left 19 kids and two lecturers dead.
