Teen arrested after mother seen son had gun at Texas school drop-off

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD/Grey News) - A number of agencies responded to a center faculty in Texas Friday morning after a youngster’s mom observed he was carrying a gun.
Police in Lubbock inform KCBD a mom was dropping off her 15-year-old son at O.L. Slaton Middle College round 9 a.m. when she seen the firearm. The teenager never made it contained in the constructing, and he ran from the college.
The Lubbock Police Division responded to the area along with several different businesses in an attempt to search out him.
The teen was discovered close to the school’s campus and brought into custody.
Authorities mentioned the 15-year-old may very well be facing a felony weapons cost.
