A walkout may not necessarily change laws, Janoff stated, however these actions show "college students are nonetheless united on this."
She stated that although most college students aren't sufficiently old to vote, they still want to see change and are keen to take measures to have their voices heard in politics.
"College students do not need to be quiet about it just because they seem to be a child," Janoff mentioned.
