Fernando Dallorso, the general supervisor of Cipriani in New York, informed the New York Times that Zamperoni was a “dedicated arduous employee” who cooked six days every week and “by no means missed a day of labor.”

The kitchen workers mourned the loss, Dallorso instructed the Instances.

“Everyone within the kitchen right now's heartbroken, from the dishwasher to the chef,” Dallorso said.
