Mike Tyson won’t face charges in altercation with JetBlue passenger, district lawyer says

A California district attorney declined to file prices Tuesday against former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson after he was recorded on video in a bodily altercation with one other passenger on a JetBlue flight.

San Mateo County District Legal professional Steve Wagstaffe made the choice after having reviewed police stories and videos of the April 20 incident. Each the passenger, who has not been identified, and Tyson requested that no charges be filed.

Cellphone video showed Tyson, 55, showing to attempt to punch somebody who was pushing him away. Representatives for Tyson said the particular person was harassing Tyson. The video did not present what occurred before the altercation.
