BARNSTEAD, N.H. -- A man was arrested Friday after multiple signs saying "school shooter" were present in Barnstead, Epsom, and Pittsfield, New Hampshire, the state's Division of Safety announced. Guy Hanson, 61, of Pittsfield, faces a number of prices.

Hanson allegedly positioned the indicators across the communities, the Department of Security said, but they determined there isn't a credible threat presently.
The New Hampshire Division of Security is investigating indicators that read 'school shooter!' which have been present in multiple communities New Hampshire Division of SafetyOne such sign was written on a paper plate. The protection department released a photo of the plate but blurred part of it "to guard the integrity of the investigation."
Hanson was arrested on a felony charge of legal threatening and three misdemeanor expenses together with false report back to legislation enforcement, false public alarm and legal threatening. He's being held in Merrimack County Jail pending a hearing scheduled for Tuesday.
No other suspects have been charged presently.
