Juveniles Crash Stolen Automobile Close to White Home: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles were injured Monday after crashing a stolen car right into a concrete security barrier close to the White Home, the U.S. Secret Service mentioned.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to tug over the automotive about 6:30 p.m., but the driver took off.

The automotive slammed right into a concrete barrier and a phone pole at seventeenth Street and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officials stated.

Video exhibits a silver sedan partly crumpled within the front throughout the street from a Secret Service guard publish, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the street.

There were two juveniles in the car. Each were taken to a hospital and are now in stable condition, officials mentioned. We do not know their exact ages.

They’re expected to face fees.

D.C. police are investigating.
