A Florida judge on Wednesday struck down a portion of a redistricting map drawn by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) and his workers.
Driving the information: "I'm discovering that the enacted map is unconstitutional beneath the Honest District amendment ... because it diminishes African Individuals' ability to elect the representatives of their selection," Leon County Circuit Choose Layne Smith mentioned.
