Federal agents who went to Robb Elementary Faculty in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday to confront a gunman who killed 19 youngsters were advised by native police to attend and not enter the varsity — after which decided after about half an hour to disregard that initial guidance and discover the shooter, say two senior federal law enforcement officials.
