Family of Abducted Woman Claims Inaction of Dallas Police & Mavs in Intercourse Trafficking Case

DALLAS - A 15-year-old woman from North Richland Hills is now dwelling after being kidnapped by a person at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks recreation at American Airways Heart. But the family still seeks answers, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not performing swiftly enough concerning the crime, which had the woman as a part of a sex-trafficking operation.

“She was gone lacking a total of 11 days,” legal professional Zeke Fortenberry said. “Our intent is that approach (the aforementioned organizations) are on discover that we’re pursuing claims in opposition to them for his or her negligence and different causes of action.''
