Bay Area cop charged with masturbating in front of household during domestic violence call

A Bay Area police officer has been charged with masturbating in entrance of a household that known as police throughout a fraught home violence name.

The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Workplace has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent publicity after responding to a restraining order call on the evening of April 21.

An unidentified individual whose household put a home violence restraining order towards him had allegedly violated the order and was at the family’s home, in accordance with an announcement of information provided by the District Lawyer’s Office.

The mother, recognized within the statement as Ms. S, the father, Mr. A, and their 23-year-old daughter known as police. Dominguez and two different officers arrived on the scene, with the former taking the “lead investigative role,” per the assertion.

Dominguez is on administrative leave following the incident, the District Lawyer’s Workplace said. His arraignment is scheduled for June 22.
