Bay Space cop charged with masturbating in entrance of household during domestic violence call

A Bay Space police officer has been charged with masturbating in front of a household that referred to as police throughout a fraught domestic violence name.

The Santa Clara County District Lawyer’s Office has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent publicity after responding to a restraining order call on the evening of April 21.
