Ayesha McGee was charged with third-degree assault and battery and Tahira McGee with second-degree assault and battery and resisting arrest.
Officers said more arrests are anticipated.
Officials said South Road from Nassau Street to Drake Avenue and America Avenue from Reid Avenue to Mary Road within the space will stay closed to course of the taking pictures scene.
